Join Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. as a Business Development Representative I and play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue. As a Business Development Representative I, you will be responsible for engaging with targeted major accounts to create meaningful customer interactions. You will utilize various sales and marketing tools to make direct contact with identified leads and accounts, develop qualified opportunities, and ensure these opportunities are covered by major account managers and dealers according to strategic plans. Your primary goal will be to meet specific metrics related to completed calls, conversations, and maintain a quota of new qualified opportunities. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships with potential clients. You will also need to be a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A self-starter with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team goals, is also essential.
