We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our New York Metro Team as a Regional Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new and existing business opportunities with partner distributors, commercial contractors, flooring contractors, and specifiers.
  • Promote ARDEX products through hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays.
  • Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of flooring installation systems and tile installation.
  • Strong technical acumen and attention to architectural specifications.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to close sales and deliver product presentations.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel daily in the territory.
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for physically demanding fieldwork.
