Regional Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our New York Metro Team as a Regional Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities- Cultivate new and existing business opportunities with partner distributors, commercial contractors, flooring contractors, and specifiers.
- Promote ARDEX products through hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays.
- Build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience.
- Deep understanding of flooring installation systems and tile installation.
- Strong technical acumen and attention to architectural specifications.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and solution-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to close sales and deliver product presentations.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel daily in the territory.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for physically demanding fieldwork.
