Job Overview

As an Outreach Coordinator for High-Risk Adolescents, you will lead our program management, budgeting, and supervision, ensuring the success of initiatives designed to empower and support youth at risk of gang involvement, criminal activity, and substance use.

This role involves building strong partnerships with community organizations, schools, and the juvenile justice system.

  • You will supervise OTARY graduate interns and coordinate group sessions aimed at reducing at-risk behaviors.
  • Research and implement evidence-based practices (EBPs) to create engaging and impactful group curricula.
  • Represent the program at resource fairs and community events, ensuring continued growth and visibility.
  • Manage program evaluations, quarterly reports, and ensure adherence to funding requirements.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
