About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Eagle Metalcraft. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue growth.



Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities in assigned markets, utilizing your exceptional research skills and industry knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Handle objections, overcome challenges, and close deals to drive new revenue growth, leveraging your negotiation and closing skills to achieve success.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.


Qualifications:



  • Proven track record of success in a sales hunter role or similar position, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals, with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate win-win solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resilient, persistent, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets, with a passion for sales and a desire to continuously improve and grow.
