We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Account Manager to enhance the Microsoft Federal team.

Microsoft Federal
The Microsoft Federal division was created to meet the distinct mission, legal, and regulatory requirements of the United States Government (USG). We are dedicated to ensuring that our resources, including qualified and certified personnel, are available to address the evolving needs of the USG. Microsoft Federal embraces flexibility in recruiting and workforce assignment, allowing personnel to serve in various roles throughout their careers.
Customer Success Focus
At Microsoft, we strive to assist our customers in achieving their digital transformation goals by leveraging Microsoft Cloud solutions and support services. Our dedicated Customer Success team plays a crucial role in helping customers realize their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure fulfillment of support contract obligations by effectively managing the planning and delivery of support services to achieve customer business outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers and account teams to prioritize and strategize customer engagements across cloud and on-premises solutions.
- Define measurable outcomes to enhance the health and performance of prioritized workloads, driving customer value realization.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations to promote long-term cloud adoption and act as the customer advocate.
- Oversee stakeholder communication and manage customer sponsor relationships for prioritized engagements.
- Identify and address technical challenges, providing feedback to engineering teams to improve products and solutions.
Leadership and Relationship Management
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate executive presence in various customer scenarios. The Customer Success Account Manager will lead teams comprising Microsoft, partner, and customer resources to deliver complex solutions that ensure overall customer success.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience in managing complex technical engagements or program management.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building with senior executives in strategic accounts.
