Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Mr. Appliance. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and leading our office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and empathize with customers
  • Respond to customer emails and schedule appointments
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of appointment times and services needed
  • Order and receive parts to ensure efficient use of company materials
  • Enter data into company software
  • Lead an office team and provide guidance and support

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Expert computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to lead an office team
