Overview

The Manager of Membership Services plays a crucial role in ensuring member satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing outstanding assistance via various communication channels.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of merchandise incentives, ensuring proper acceptance and acknowledgment.
  • Prize Fulfillment: Coordinate the distribution of raffle prizes and manage membership program shipments from headquarters.
  • Office Management: Procure and manage office supplies and services for office equipment, maintaining efficient filing systems and archives.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and mail.
  • Fundraising Coordination: Facilitate the intake and fulfillment of prizes for various fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
  • Incentive Oversight: Manage the flow of membership incentives from receipt to fulfillment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including senior leadership, event coordination, and finance to enhance member services.
  • Data Processing: Accurately process memberships and donations in the ERP system as directed.
