  • Staff Management: Hire, develop, and oversee a team of professionals to support the organization's mission and goals.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the organization's budget, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
  • Member Engagement: Foster strong relationships with members, providing them with valuable resources and support to enhance their professional development and success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in a senior executive management position.
  • Association Management: Ten years of experience in 501(c)(6) professional member association work, with at least five years at a senior level.
  • Certifications: Certified Association Executive (CAE) accreditation preferred.
