Role Overview

The Manager of Membership Services plays a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring a positive experience through outstanding customer service.
  • Communication Management: Oversee and respond to general inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage the inventory of merchandise incentives, including acceptance and acknowledgment processes.
  • Prize Fulfillment: Coordinate the distribution of raffle prizes and membership program items, ensuring compliance with necessary documentation.
  • Office Management: Procure and manage office supplies and equipment services, maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and mail efficiently.
  • Fundraising Support: Facilitate the intake and fulfillment of prizes for various fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
  • Incentive Management: Oversee the process from receipt of membership incentives to their fulfillment.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the membership team with inquiries and support as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process online orders from the organization’s store, ensuring timely delivery of in-house items.
  • Data Processing: Input membership and donation information into the ERP system as directed by the accounting team.
  • Cross-Departmental Liaison: Work closely with senior leadership, event teams, and operational staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
