Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience as a Medical Receptionist or Customer Service representative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing patient flow, with a focus on efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate electronic medical records and other software systems.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of incoming calls and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling insurance verifications and prior authorizations, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • ENT and/or Surgical experience is highly preferred, but not required.
