Key Responsibilities:- Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and make change as needed.
- Make and confirm reservations, monitor room availability, and block rooms as required.
- Program wake-up calls, handle guest mail and messages, and perform check-out services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front office, lobby, and surrounding areas.
- Assist in checking fixtures, equipment, and conditions for proper operations, settings, and maintenance.
- 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and administrative skills, including proficiency in hotel software systems.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
