The Westin Cleveland is a 484-room hotel located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, offering a unique blend of luxury and convenience. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless stay.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking in and checking out guests, ensuring accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
