Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hotel Cleveland. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, providing a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest room assignments, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their accommodations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
