Burlington County Institute of Technology is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Secretary.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational abilities, ensuring that all tasks are executed accurately and efficiently to facilitate the seamless functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact professionally and confidentially with students, staff, and the public.
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing, word processing, and basic office procedures.
- Operate office equipment effectively and maintain general knowledge of bookkeeping and data entry.
- Manage requisitioning and purchasing processes with attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Athletics is a plus.
Compensation: Salary as per Union Negotiated Agreement.
Requirements:
- Criminal history background check.
- Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Must be a NJ resident within one year from the date of hire.
