HR Administrator/Client Support Specialist

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? Do you enjoy working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional HR services to clients? We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Client Support Specialist to join our team at HR Value Partners LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR Generalists and clients, including file maintenance, mail handling, and relationship building.
- Assist with recruiting support, including compiling initial drafts of reports and managing client expectations.
- Participate in client onboarding, audits, and evaluations to ensure compliance with current HR practices.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding changing priorities and status of ongoing projects.
- Manage administrative activities for clients, including tasks such as compiling initial drafts of reports.
Requirements:
- 2 years' related experience in HR administration.
- A solid basic grasp of all HR concepts and processes.
- Strong organizational and IT skills.
- The ability to speak to business executives with poise and confidence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and to switch gears quickly and often.
