HR Administrator/Client Support Job Description

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? Do you enjoy working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional HR services to clients? We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Client Support Specialist to join our team at HR Value Partners LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR Generalists and clients, including file maintenance, mail handling, and relationship building.
  • Assist with recruiting support, including compiling initial drafts of reports and managing client expectations.
  • Participate in client onboarding, audits, and evaluations to ensure compliance with current HR practices.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding changing priorities and status of ongoing projects.
  • Manage administrative activities for clients, including tasks such as compiling initial drafts of reports.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' related experience in HR administration.
  • A solid basic grasp of all HR concepts and processes.
  • Strong organizational and IT skills.
  • The ability to speak to business executives with poise and confidence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and to switch gears quickly and often.
