About the Role

The Business Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling Windstream products and services to small and midsize businesses in designated communities. This role requires a strong ability to engage with prospective customers, build rapport, and generate business within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with a focus on rewards-based sales
  • College degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of professional experience or 6+ years of related experience
Physical Demands

The Business Sales Consultant will be required to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, and drive a car regularly. The role also involves occasional bending, crouching, and lifting of objects up to 30 pounds.
