- Be available to clients beyond standard business hours to address their needs promptly.
Role Expectations:
- The Business Development Manager is a proactive sales role focused on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals while maintaining high profit margins.
- This position serves a diverse customer base across various industries.
- Territory management is based on account assignments rather than geographic limits.
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed (approximately 10-15% monthly).
- Sales representatives will have specific monthly revenue targets to meet and exceed.
- Weekly reporting of sales activities and pipeline status to management is required.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in oilfield sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High energy, urgency, and enthusiasm balanced with a disciplined decision-making approach.
