Job Title: Strategic Account Manager for Renewables

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level?

As a Strategic Account Manager for Renewables at Graybar, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits with strategic customers. You will work closely with corporate accounts and other assigned customers to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account strategies across various sites and divisions
  • Coordinate needs of specific customers and train districts, branches, and Field Account Managers as required
  • Identify opportunities at assigned accounts and communicate those opportunities to appropriate personnel
  • Develop key relationships with assigned accounts and coordinate activities with key suppliers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in progressively more responsible sales, marketing, and/or operating experience
  • Previous Account Representative experience preferred
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Experience with sales, marketing, and operating processes
  • Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques; pricing strategies and techniques
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to make oral and written presentations to all levels of audiences of different sizes and makeup
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans on time, on budget, and achieve successful results
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience
  • Bonus eligibility based on specific and relevant business metrics
