We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at iPromo, a leading provider of promotional products.

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and becoming a promotional product expert. You will work closely with our internal team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust and exceed expectations by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Identify new opportunities and create strategic proposals to expand our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and offer expert guidance to clients.
  • Utilize our Commonsku platform to manage quotes, orders, and client information efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful experience in promotional product sales.
  • Skilled prospector and relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
