Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pricing Manager to join our team at C.H. Guenther & Son. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing and business intelligence improvement
  • Analyze sales data, customer data, and product usage data to uncover actionable insights and build a shared fact database
  • Present recommendations to leadership to gain alignment and approval of evolving strategies

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, and CPG experience in marketing and/or sales with a food manufacturing organization in the Retail/Grocery Industry
  • Prefer at least 3 years of experience in leadership, category management, market research, and/or data analytics
  • Experience with major ERP systems, CRM systems, and Pricing Analytics software
