Sales Growth Catalyst

Surya Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in the Triangle market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new clients, expanding business at existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will focus on mid-market sales segment with a combination of inside and outside sales activities.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Achieve sales goals while upholding best practices
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Contribute to the growth and development of the sales organization
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to hunt for new opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate services
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet with clients and prospects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
- Experience with Sandler or SPIN sales methodologies
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and 6Sense
