Key Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative:

  • Participate in daily training sessions, either virtually or in-person, with your team.
  • Engage with small to midsize businesses to establish and nurture B2B sales relationships.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from qualified leads through to face-to-face presentations.
  • Maintain open communication and provide support to your team throughout the day.
  • Present a comprehensive range of Frontier Communications Inc. products and services to local businesses.
  • Keep detailed records of your sales activities, follow-ups, and client information using our CRM system.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A motivated sales professional with aspirations to earn $100K+ in your first year.
  • Proficient with technology and its applications in sales.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both collaborative and independent.
  • A desire to advance within the company through our Career Development Program.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation Overview:

  • Base salary of $30K, with uncapped commissions and cash bonus opportunities.
  • First-year on-target earnings ranging from $72K to $114K+
