Territory Sales Manager

Responsible for the sale, rental, or leasing of new and used construction equipment and attachments. Meet customer needs, grow market share, and maintain acceptable profit levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Demonstrate and operate heavy construction equipment for customers.
- Establish relationships with new customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with current customers to increase loyalty and market share.
- Listen to customer problems and respond with solutions.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide value-selling proposals.
- Manage sales-related expenses and submit periodic reports.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
- Heavy equipment sales experience or equivalent.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, self-motivation, and communication skills.
- Advanced computer and application systems skills.
Work Environment:
Working in the assigned territory, calling on customers, and occasional travel.
Physical Requirements:
Minimal.
