Job Description

Ole Mexican Foods, INC is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales drivers to maximize sales potential.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate agreements to secure new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1+ years' experience in Retail or field-based sales role.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients.
  • Ability to communicate timely with Management through phone or email.
