Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, opportunities, and forecasting
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • Progressive outside sales experience in a technical sales environment
  • Experience selling complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, and corporate AV
  • Knowledge of IP networks, low-voltage electronics, power and communications, Windows XP or 7 workstations, and Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into related sectors including gaming, healthcare, industrial construction, government, education, defense, and utilities
  • Knowledge of Access Control, CCTV (IP), Intrusion Systems, Client-Server security applications, MS SQL databases, Server and Storage Infrastructure

  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
  • Ability to multi-task while working under deadlines and time constraints
Physical Demands
  • Ability to effectively communicate, see, hear, speak, and write clearly
  • Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching and lifting of small objects
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with moderate noise levels
  • Travel may be required
Compensation

$70,000 - $90,000 + Commission, DOE
