ROLE SUMMARY: The Parking Services Coordinator is responsible for providing guests with exceptional assistance and service while upholding a professional image. Key responsibilities include guiding patrons to available parking spaces, addressing guest inquiries about parking protocols, and operating the Parking Control System. Maintaining a courteous demeanor and appearance is essential at all times. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Set up traffic cones, directional signage, and event markers as required
  • Assist in traffic management as directed by the Security Supervisor
  • Collaborate with fellow attendants and security personnel
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service
  • Provide directions and respond to inquiries in a friendly manner
  • Follow lawful instructions from supervisors
  • Understand and comply with relevant regulations governing our operations
  • Adhere to established work protocols
  • Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team morale
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies
  • Be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
  • Promote and embody the company culture and service standards consistently
  • Report any disturbances to Security and document incidents as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to read and understand instructions in English
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members
  • Capability to meet performance and quality standards
  • Professional appearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Maintain necessary work credentials
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with composure
  • Preferred experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and listening abilities
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Capacity to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Part-time hours to be determined
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Normal vision range and ability to distinguish colors
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
  • Capability to climb stairs rapidly if needed
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and carry items as required
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work may occur in varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Tasks may be performed in confined spaces or open parking areas
  • Frequent interaction with team members and guests
