Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Security Personnel: Efficiently allocate security staff to respond to alarms and incidents.

Monitor Security Systems: Utilize CCTV and other monitoring tools to oversee alarms and take appropriate action.

Coordinate Incident Responses: Collaborate with security teams to ensure prompt and effective action during security events.

Document Events: Keep accurate records and logs of all dispatched activities.

Provide Field Support: Assist security officers in the field as required.


Qualifications

Licensing: Must hold a valid security license or be able to obtain one.

Experience: Prior experience in security or dispatching roles is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of making quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documentation and record-keeping.

Availability: Must be willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
