Operations Executive

Position Overview:
The Operations Executive is tasked with overseeing, managing, and enhancing the comprehensive functions of one or more manufacturing facilities.
This role involves steering organizational policies and making strategic decisions that enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness of operations. The Operations Executive establishes systems for metric collection, productivity analysis, and performance target setting to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Operational Leadership:**
- Direct all facets of operational excellence across the facility, ensuring that initiatives are consistently developed and implemented to improve key performance indicators.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance within the organization.
2. **Safety and Compliance:**
- Ensure robust safety and security protocols are in place, with comprehensive training and adherence to regulatory standards.
3. **Financial Management:**
- Manage departmental functions including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance, and human resources to align with overall operational goals.
- Oversee cost control measures, ensuring all facility expenses are monitored and managed effectively.
4. **Performance Metrics:**
- Track and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, financial performance, safety, and product quality.
5. **Team Development:**
- Lead and mentor staff, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes are in place to maintain a skilled workforce.
6. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Maintain and enhance relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and responses to inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a management capacity.
- Proven track record in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks as required.
Work Environment:
- The role involves working in both office and production settings, with a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
