Job Summary:

The General Manager at Mike Rezi Nissan Atlanta will oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance departments. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive profitability, increase market share, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Manage and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Create a positive and professional work environment that promotes customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and corporate management to achieve overall company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
