Job Summary
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Care Team Agents in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes assisting with complex customer support issues, ensuring team members understand their objectives, and driving performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Care Team Agents in delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of excellence within the team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
