Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Services Manager to oversee the administrative activities of USA Gomobile Inc. This is a key role that requires strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including managing records and information, planning and maintaining work facilities, and performing other office tasks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination among team members.
  • Leadership and Development: Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, deadline and detail-oriented, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
