Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional with a solid background in the acquisition, management, and disposition of real estate within the financial industry. This position is vital for nurturing and enhancing relationships with investors, effectively conveying investment opportunities, and offering insights into real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of real estate operations and financial markets, along with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Communication:
  • Act as the primary liaison for investors, responding to inquiries and delivering timely and precise information.
  • Create and present engaging presentations, reports, and updates regarding investment performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Organize and oversee investor meetings, conferences, and events, including quarterly earnings calls and annual investor gatherings.
Investor Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with current investors, providing exceptional service and support to boost investor satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and engage potential investors, articulating the company's investment strategy, opportunities, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted investor communication materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and evaluate financial and performance reports, market research, and competitive analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to keep investors informed and support strategic decision-making.
Strategy and Planning:
  • Work with senior management to develop and implement investor relations strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the formulation of investor relations policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.
Market Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about market developments, real estate trends, and economic factors that influence investment opportunities and performance.
  • Provide strategic insights on market positioning and investor messaging based on current market conditions and investor sentiment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations or a similar capacity within the real estate and financial sectors, focusing on real estate acquisitions, operations, and sales.
  • Demonstrated success in managing investor relationships, preparing investor presentations, and analyzing financial data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with investor relations software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
