About the Role

The Executive Director of Operations will play a key role in supporting the company's success by maintaining an exceptional work environment. This will be achieved by providing leadership, direction, training, and development for Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Manage food and labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order products as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage crew member employees to maximize retention and create a positive work culture.
  • Interview and hire team members to build a strong and diverse team.
  • Provide comprehensive training for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and address problems promptly to maintain operational excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed company and customer expectations.
  • Continuously improve Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to maintain high standards.
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget and participate in marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
