Requirements:

  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build, lead, and motivate diverse teams, with a focus on talent development.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, including sales leadership within the corrugated packaging industry.
