- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in hospitality software.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
