Key Responsibilities:- Deliver administrative support on projects, researching and collecting information, compiling data, and composing reports for the IPM CBO Leadership Team.
- Screen telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, and resolve routine inquiries.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain travel itineraries.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, reserve rooms, send appointments, and distribute minutes.
- Assist in revisions, formatting, and editing of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Provide basic maintenance for office equipment, including computers, scanners, phones, fax machines, printers, and copiers.
- Maintain and update department resources, such as employee lists, referral lists, phone lists, and organizational charts.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare billing is preferred.
- Demonstrated interpersonal verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Mainframe billing software experience is desirable.
