About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to fill the position of Home Health RN Lead at Mission Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our team of skilled home health nurses, ensuring our patients receive top-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Lead a Team of Home Health Nurses: Direct and support a team of nurses to ensure effective home care delivery.
  • Oversee Patient Care Plans and Ensure Their Implementation: Develop and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring they are followed for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide Clinical Guidance and Mentorship to the Nursing Team: Offer expert advice and mentorship, supporting nurses' professional growth and maintaining high care standards.
  • Ensure Compliance with All State and Federal Regulations: Keep current with healthcare regulations and ensure all practices adhere to legal requirements, safeguarding patient safety.
  • Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals to Optimize Patient Care: Work with other providers to coordinate and improve patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current Washington RN License: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 1 Year of Home Health Nursing Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health nursing.
  • Prior Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory Role: Must have prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong Clinical and Assessment Skills: Must possess strong clinical and assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare: Must have knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines.
  • OASIS Experience Preferred: OASIS experience is preferred but not required.
