Key Responsibilities

The Lead Project Engineer will serve as a technical authority, overseeing the start-up of RNG plants from Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) through to full commissioning and operational readiness. This role involves:
  • Coordinating efforts among various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to engineering teams and technicians.
  • Offering support for individual skid and Balance of Plant controls.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in RNG plants, particularly in landfill and biogas environments.
  • Expertise in gas compression and separation technologies.
  • Proven experience in RNG equipment design, manufacturing, testing, and operational management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for real-time issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, fostering collaboration with project managers, engineers, and trades.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience is advantageous.
  • Project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
