Junior Account Executive

Role Purpose:
The primary objective of the Junior Account Executive is to enhance our clients' brand visibility through effective field marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with fellow Junior Account Executives and corporate marketing teams to support various sales activities, including events and campaigns, while leveraging your marketing knowledge to develop and implement strategies that drive demand and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Influence sales outcomes by planning, supporting, and executing field marketing and segment initiatives.
- Engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
- Collaborate with corporate and field marketing managers to design tailored programs and strategies for various market segments.
- Provide project management and coordination to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Work alongside other Account Executives to boost awareness and drive high levels of engagement from the target audience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience or training in marketing or sales is preferred, though we are open to exceptional candidates without this background.
- Experience in customer service or similar people-focused roles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- A strong desire to achieve success.
