Regional Sales Manager

Ale-8-One Bottling Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Nashville area, driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow account volume
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- 2-5 years of experience in beverage sales and marketing
- Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work environment
