Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary: ECM Holding Company seeks a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs, while adjusting content of sales presentations to suit the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's in business administration.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience working with Energy Service Contractors.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical-thinking skills.
  • Acute interpersonal skills.
  • Great command of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Green Energy products and services.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
