Your Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
  • Utilize your problem-solving abilities to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dishwashing equipment, as well as dispensing systems
  • Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
  • Demonstrate safe equipment operation, ensuring customers' operations are fully functional and their teams are adequately trained
  • Provide emergency support to existing customers via phone or in-person as necessary
  • Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to optimize costs
Solution Provision:
  • Communicate our comprehensive value to customers to meet their needs and enhance sales within existing accounts
  • Utilize tools and technology (including tablets and mobile applications) to conduct service visits and propose tailored programs and solutions to customers
Position Details:

This is a field-based role that may require travel to various locations and surrounding areas. After completing initial training, you will service established customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory. In instances where a territory is not immediately available, associates may be assigned to a supporting role until a territory assignment is made.

Weekend Rotation:
  • Typically, one in every six weekends is required based on business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality-related experience OR an Associate's degree
  • Availability to provide emergency assistance to customers, which may occur during nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • No immigration sponsorship available
Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform all essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
  • Lifting 50 lbs. frequently
  • Pushing/Pulling occasionally
  • Standing/bending/stooping frequently
  • Working in confined spaces
  • Distinguishing colors (tools may be accommodated)
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Driving a company vehicle as needed to fulfill job responsibilities (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be conducted to determine eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or other advanced training or certifications
  • Previous mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical experience) in military or industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa
