Job Summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a skilled Field Service Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer experience for our laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide on-going proactive product support for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless operation of laboratory equipment

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention

* Identify and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment, applying standard troubleshooting tools and concepts to determine root causes

* Develop and implement solutions that meet customer and business needs, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of customer complaints and actions taken

* Plan and prioritize customer visits and activities to maximize value expansion opportunities

* Collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager and Sales Executive to develop account-specific lab strategy and execution

Requirements

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

* 2 years of relevant experience with instrumentation utilized in a laboratory environment

* 2 years of experience interfacing with customers
