Behavioral Health Specialist

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our clinical services team, working closely with colleagues to craft evidence-based intervention plans that identify the needs and strengths of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
• Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams to ensure a seamless transition of knowledge and skills
• Adhere to BACB professional standards and protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
