Job Title: Field Reimbursement Specialist

At Youth Villages, we are committed to helping troubled youth and families live successfully. As a Field Reimbursement Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing counseling and treatment services to young adults in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with young adults a minimum of one time per week to assess their needs and develop a plan for support
  • Provide therapeutic services in accordance with Youth Villages' Mission and Values and LifeSet Model Principles
  • Engage and align with the young adult and their support system to elicit full participation in treatment
  • Conduct on-going assessment of the young adult's needs from a strength-focused, solution-based perspective
  • Carry a maximum caseload of 8-10 young adults
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in a social services discipline is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required
  • One year of related experience in counseling and/or case management is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Basic computer knowledge
