Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will oversee the implementation of a customized technology framework that aligns with the strategic objectives of the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) and its key collaborations, while supporting expansion initiatives. The CTO will manage all technological dimensions of NCAI, promote digital advancement within the organization, guide internal technical personnel, and collaborate with external partners to ensure efficient development of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing and identifying technological requirements and solutions, evaluating their potential for strategic benefits and organizational impact.
  2. Working closely with senior leadership, various business units, stakeholders, and partners to understand technology demands and propel technology-driven business projects.
  3. Providing effective leadership and direction, nurturing a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  4. Driving innovation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our offerings, services, and operational processes.
  5. Managing relationships with technology providers and collaborators, selecting the most appropriate solutions and services.
  6. Supervising the design and execution of scalable, robust, dependable, and secure systems, software solutions, and infrastructure.
