Position Summary
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology systems and tools to further our organizational objectives. This role requires close collaboration with the Chief Information Officer to evaluate and enhance existing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership regarding technology architecture, focusing on scalability and growth.
- Lead the design and development of innovative technology systems and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Implement technological solutions and integrations that optimize workflows across the organization.
- Conduct Research & Development to explore new technologies that can benefit the organization.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors and industry leaders to foster innovation.
- Assess new technologies for compatibility with existing systems and processes.
- Align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee hiring and management of technology staff.
- Provide hands-on support for ongoing technology projects.
- Manage relationships with consultants and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technology architecture, design, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networking, databases, and software algorithms.
- Experience in managing technology procurements and reviewing proposals.
- Proficiency in programming languages and coding.
- Strong strategic planning and goal-setting abilities.
- Experience in dynamic work environments, both in-person and remote.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Capacity to estimate and implement technical solutions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Employment Type
Full-time position with an exempt classification.
