We are seeking a Retirement Planning Consultant to join our Advisory team and contribute to the growth of Retirable. In this role, you will collaborate with our Vice President of Operations to onboard new clients, assist them in reaching their retirement objectives, and help establish the framework of our operations department.
We value candidates who possess a diverse skill set, an innate ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, and a strong desire to assist clients in obtaining the financial products they require for a secure future. Your experience should include needs-based selling, customer engagement, and a background in financial planning. You should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering transformative solutions to millions of Americans.
At Retirable, we are developing a range of products designed to simplify the planning process, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building trusted relationships with clients, solving their challenges, and providing impactful advice.

- Able to distill complex financial concepts into clear, relatable terms while establishing rapport with clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering unique customer insights to cross-functional teams
- CFP certification or experience in the senior market is advantageous
