- Assist participants in preparing for the financial aspects of retirement, including investment strategy and insurance planning.
- Communicate the retirement plan offering to clients through group meetings and one-on-one consultations.
- Build personal relationships with participants and convey retirement planning subject matter in a simplified way.
- Drive revenue growth within assigned book of business through consultative selling techniques.
- Support new sales and market development initiatives.
- Exhibit understanding of key features and benefits of our products and services.
- Proactively keep Supervisor informed of key activities with assigned clients.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in financial planning or a related field.
- Certifications/Designations: FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 and 65 or 66.
- Knowledge/Skill Set: ERISA and Retirement Plan Knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Life & Health (NY) licensure - required to obtain within first 3-6 months.
- Familiarity with programs such as eMoney Advisor.
