The firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Wealth Advisor:
The Senior Wealth Advisor will manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, working closely with internal investment professionals. Key responsibilities include:
· Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for a select group of clients, fostering meaningful discussions and ensuring enduring relationships through exceptional service.
· Comprehensive Financial Planning: Develop and implement detailed financial strategies tailored to clients' specific goals, including:
- Identifying and defining client objectives
- Tax Optimization Strategies
- Balance Sheet Analysis
- Risk Assessment and Insurance Solutions
- Retirement, Education, and Special Needs Planning
- Cash Flow Management
- Estate and Succession Planning
- Investment Strategy Development
· Exceptional Client Service: Deliver personalized, consultative services that consistently exceed client expectations.
· Presentation Preparation: Create customized presentations and materials for client meetings.
· Collaboration: Participate in company initiatives and projects as required.
· Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary.
Qualifications for the Senior Wealth Advisor:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in holistic financial planning, including estate, tax, and retirement planning, with a proven ability to engage with HNW and UHNW clients.
· Must possess the CFP designation.
· Experience in client-facing roles, including presentations and meetings.
· Extensive background in serving UHNW clients, particularly in generational wealth management.
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
· Strong financial planning acumen and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
· Proficient in financial planning software; familiarity with eMoney is advantageous.
· Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
· Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
· Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
· Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a polished demeanor.
